TOURNAMENT ACCOMMODATION​

The official accommodation for the tournament will be the Aranyszarvas Apartments&Hotel.

This 4* apartment complex is located right next to the Arboretum, 3 minutes walk from the Arboretum main entrance, and 10-15 minutes walk from the Tournament Center inside the park. The complex has a large grill restaurant, an open air pool, direct access to the river with water sport facilities, and many other conveniences. If you choose this accommodation, you can literally park your car before the tournament, and not use it again until the tournament is over.

Tournament participants will be able to book apartments in Aranyszarvas through the booking site of our partner, Well Travel agency. Please select the tournament from the drop-down list, and just follow the instructions.

Before booking, we are asking you to read carefully all the information here. Also, it will not be possible to finalise your booking before having read the General Terms and Conditions of the booking site, so you are highly advised to read those as well.

1. The complex offers fully equipped apartments (kitchen, bathroom), has an outdoor swmming pool, direct river access, grill restaurant where you can (pre-)order breakfast and lunch  – tournament lunch will be served at the course – and the complex will also be home to some of the tournament side events.
2. The complex has the following apartment types to offer:
   • Apartment Type 1 for 4 person (total 8 available): 1 separate room with a double bed, living room with two beds, kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub – price of the apartment for one night is 272 EUR
   • Apartment Type 2 for 6 person (total 8 available): 1 separate room with a double bed and an extendable bed,  living room with extendable bed, kitchen, bathroom with a shower- price of the apartment for one night is 366 EUR
   • Suite Type 1 for 4-6 person (total 3 available): two bedrooms with a double bed each, living room / kitchen, two bathrooms – price of the suite for one night is 438 EUR
   • Suite Type 2 for 7-9 person (total 1 available): two bedrooms with a double bed and an extendable bed each, living room / kitchen with one bed, two bathrooms – price for one night is 549 EUR
3. You can only book and pay a whole apartment, no bookings of individual rooms in apartments is possible.
4. It is also possible to pre-order breakfast and/or dinner (pre-ordered lunches will be served at the course), and it is recommended that you book your food already at this stage if you know for sure that you will be eating there.
